CDO Gauge®, a synthetic CDOs credit risk assessment system, is designed to assess the credit risk of credit derivatives embedded in Synthetic CDOs (Collateralized Debt Obligation) and to calculate the prices of CDOs tranches. This system can be used by an originators and arrangers to choose reference credits, and it can be also widely used by investors to make investment decisions and to control risks associated with CDOs tranches.
